Spicy Bloody Maria Cocktail

The Bloody Mary is a classic brunch blend made with tomato juice, vodka, savory seasonings, and spice. But take any classic drink, and you ’re sure to find a million interpretations, frequently starting with a exchange of the blend’s base spirit.

Then, the Bloody Mary picks up Mexican constituents and opts for tequila rather of vodka, with layers of hoarse chipotle in adobo. Fresh orange juice and tang add sunny flavors, while a many ounces of crisp beer make the drink a bit lighter and further stimulating.

Principally, this is the perfect blend for belting with breakfast tacos, huevos rancheros, or chilaquiles!

What Kind of Tequila Should I Use in a Bloody Mary?

You can use whatever you ’d put in a Paloma.( Go for one that’s made with 100 agave — not a mixto tequila distilled from a blend of agave and sugar.)

A many favorite brands include Tapatio, Olmeca Altos, Tequila Ocho, Azteca Azul, Arette, Siembra Azul, and Calle 23.

Still, anymid-range or top shelf brand will do, If you can not find those.
